Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking an experienced leader for a Management Position. This position is based out of our Orange branch. You must have experience leading all aspects of a Pest Control/Termite branch.

Role Description:

You will be responsible to lead all areas of the branch, including: Termite, Rodent, Pest Control, Insulation, Wood, Customer Service, Warranty Dept. and Sales.

The Branch Manager will manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure branch operations are being met in a safe and profitable manner.

This position requires a high energy, hands-on leader who is committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity, customer care and enable sales.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Licensed Branch 2 & 3 Field Rep.

Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities

Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation

5+ years of industry experience

A valid California driver’s license and good driving record.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Pest Control/Termite License (Required)

Minimum 3+ years minimum of Industry management experience
