This FT opening is in our Temecula, CA Corporate office. As one of the bigger pest control companies in Southern CA we visit and inspect thousands of homes each year. About 40% of these customers schedule a service or treatment on their initial inspection. We need someone who is amazing over the phone because the remaining 60% need to be followed up with and explained the advantages of scheduling their home or business for treatment.

This is where you come in. We will train you on our products and services, show you how to use all the programs and tools at your disposal and give you every opportunity to succeed. The successful candidate will be excellent on the phones, have the ability to clearly communicate via text and email. You must be prompt. If you say you will call back a customer at 2:30 on the 10th, you must keep your word. Our technology is easy to learn and all about customer follow up. High School Graduate.

Pest Control sales experience a plus!!

Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls.

Must have a strong attention to detail.

Must be proficient in the English language.

Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers.

Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Must have the ability to multi-task

Previous Account Receivable and Collection Experience is a plus but not required.
