Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The School Operations Manager will be based at one of the KIPP DC Campuses, which houses an Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle School. This position will be responsible for supporting one of the schools across a range of business functions. The School Operations Manager is responsible for implementing financial and business functions that streamline performance between the school site and headquarters, while at the same time helping create and sustain policies and systems that support the schools’ mission and culture of achievement. The School Operations Manager is an exempt position that will report to the Campus Director of Operations on campus while also being accountable to the principals at the school site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a full-time and engaged member of KIPP DC’s staff , including supporting school-wide events, assisting with student recruitment and enrichment activities, and working with other staff members to ensure fulfillment of KIPP DC’s mission.
