Job Description
KIPP DC is searching for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our network student support team in Washington, D.C. Working closely with school mental health practitioners, school psychologists, teachers, school leaders, and behavior analysts, the Clinical Psychologist will provide expertise in the areas of mental health, trauma, developmental behaviors, and school-based interventions. The Clinical Psychologist will serve as the in-house clinician to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders for students. The clinical psychologist will also maintain a small caseload of high-need, high-risk students by providing treatment and clinical therapy. In addition to direct clinical services to students, this role will also support school teams to design and maintain student support plans. The Clinical Psychologist will report to the Director of Mental Health.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
