Qualifications
You'll Be Qualified If You Have
- Commitment to KIPP SoCal Public Schools mission and values
- Articulate, professional demeanor with strong self-confidence and initiative
- Minimum one to two years in supporting technology – preferably at an educational institution
- General proficiency with mainstream computer platforms
- Audio Visual experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and work autonomously
- Passion for learning new skills and technologies
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential data
- Previous experience working with a Helpdesk ticketing system a plus
- Associate Degree or equivalent and or experience
- A+ certification is desirable and or experience
- Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to travel between sites in the Los Angeles area (current regional footprint: South, Southeast, and East Los Angeles); occasional travel to San Diego required
- A valid California driver’s license and dependable transportation

- PAY RANGE: $17-$19/HOUR; COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
