We are Kitchen Concepts, a boutique housewares manufacturer based in Northridge, CA. We sell our products in thousands of stores across the United States, as well as DTC online.
We are seeking a FT in-house Media Buyer. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of media buying using Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, while maintaining a target ROAS. You will also mange our SEO and SEM as well as tracking performance using Google Analytics. Shopify experience is a plus.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing detailed ad strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube, including audience demographics and targeting
- Creating and setting up ad campaigns, checking ongoing campaigns routinely and making adjustments to copy, assets, and targeting to optimize campaigns.
- Ensuring that all campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our online store while also ensuring the ROI
- Conducting AB testing across ads and landing pages
- Working with our team to report and analyze campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities.
- Analyze the results and make optimization recommendations while the media is live and use historical data to improve results
- Conducting keyword research
- Identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth within digital acquisition channels (including emerging or new media channels)
- Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools such a Google Analytics and Shopify Reporting
- Staying current with Facebook and Google updates, new technologies, trends, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Paid Social advertising experience with a track record of crafting, planning, and executing customer acquisition campaigns to drive transformative business results.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook’s advertising algorithm, audience segments, bidding strategies, and scaling techniques
- Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising creative standards
- Track record of efficient campaigns that are conversion based
- Experience managing creative and execution of ads
- Experience managing budgets, setting & tracking KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year College degree (math, business or science degree preferred)
- Native English speaker
- Responsible, professional, strategic thinker, extremely organized and detail oriented, and very responsive
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY…data analysis
- Google Certified and Facebook Certified desired
- Strong research abilities with excellent analytical skills
- Graphic design and video editing skills a plus but not necessary
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- The availability to work onsite in Northridge, 40 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Casual dress, dog-friendly office, regular Starbucks runs, everyone has a private office, and we are kind to and supportive of one another. We are small business, just 5 employees, this is hire #6.
