ABOUT THE ROLE As the Kitchen Supervisor, you are responsible for prepping and cooking on the line, supporting the restaurant manager in scheduling staffing personnel, supervising the completion of assigned tasks, being a role model, daily reporting and the quality of food and service procedures of the staff.
Pay Description
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour + TIPS + BONUS!!!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively work alongside staff by prepping food and working the line while simultaneously supervising daily kitchen operations
Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and hands-on support during shifts
Support restaurant manager with scheduling and staffing needs
Complete daily reporting and documentation as required
Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation and customer service
Ensure staff follow company policies, safety, and service expectations

REQUIRMENTS:
Experience working in a full-service restaurant for at least 3 years or above.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Cooking, Hospitality, Management, or Business (preferred not required)
State Food Handler's Certification is required
