    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide administrative support for our top-ranking real estate team. With the help of this individual, the Agent is hoping to focus more on selling real estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. The top candidate will be willing to go above and beyond their duties and is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion.We are interested in someone with a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and who pays special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver.It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be somewhat of a perfectionist, is extremely computer savvy, is competitive and welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. They will be ready to conquer the world with the team! Must be competitive in nature and love to win.This is a great opportunity for the person selected as it will lead to a career path to Operations Management. No real estate experience is required!Only applicants who complete the entire application process will be considered! Work Hours - 40 hours per weekNo Additional Benefits at Start Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, social media and back-office support, and make suggestions to improve automation and efficiency • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards • Be the initial point of contact and response for all incoming communication • Assists in making outbound calls to CRM daily to accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with agent • Maintain group calendar • Schedule property showings with showing assistants and assist with payments • Oversee all contracts through closing  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities and post-sales follow-up • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled • Will grow to be responsible for hiring, training, consulting and holding accountable all additional administrative team members • Will grow to be responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports Qualifications: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • System development, implementation, and management • Information management • Oversight of contracts through closing • Customer/Vendor relations • Eventually Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P)   COMMUNICATIONS/INTERACTIONS   • Agent – daily • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – daily  MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES   • Schedules showings assistants • Schedules signage/lockbox assistance  KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS   • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Bookkeeping skills a plus • Great ability to focus • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed • High school graduate or GED • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license preferred, must get a license within 3 months • 1–3 years of service or administrative experience  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST • Have good phone and communication skills • Have strong computer skills and knowledge of PC operations • Have good problem-solving skills • Have an eye for accuracy and proofing • Be capable of efficiently handling a job and all its details from start to finish • Be organized and effective at multitasking • Be a self-starter who can begin and complete tasks without supervision • Be able to set personal goals and have a strong urgency to meet or exceed those goals • Be customer service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for the client every time • Be courteous and act professionally • Be able to manage time effectively and be a self-starter. • Work effectively in a very deadline-oriented environment. • Pay close attention to detail • Include in the application how many times the word must is used • Work well in a team environment • Have reliable transportation Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000
