Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone to grow with us for the long term. We are offering an individual to work alongside the owner of the firm to learn the real estate investment business from the ground up. Please note this position is remote.
The Real Estate Associate's primary task will be generating deal flow.
Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, mail, etc.
Evaluate and underwrite potential acquisition and disposition opportunities
Put together offering memorandums
When necessary commute to properties, meetings, tours, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude with a winning mindset
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
Ability to learn on the go and quickly adapt to different situations
Knowledge or experience in commercial real estate is a plus
Familiar with the New York City Boroughs and Long Island is a plus
New York Real Estate License (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Undergraduate Degree (Preferably in Real Estate or Finance)
