    Job Description

    We are seeking a Human Resources Professional to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. You will also manage our benefits package for current and future employees. You will work to implement changes for benefits to maximize potential for all concept employees from Paid Time Off, Health Benefits to the 401k program.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
    • Management of Recruitment Platforms
    • Creation and Management of employee files to state and federal compliance
    • On-board new employees
      • Initiation in Employee Platforms
        • Payroll
        • Benefits Management
        • Time Management
    • Implement company culture, values and policies
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
    • Accurately maintain employee files
    • Assist with Benefits Package Management
    • Assist with payroll verification
    • Manage Paid Time Off
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to all departments, as needed
    • Drive training and development of employees
    • Manage and Develop Labor Budget
    • Additional Duties As Needed
    • Drive the mission and vision of business through hardwork, compassion and the highest of character

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
    • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • 5+ Years Experience
    • MS Office
    • Excel
