    POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    KKCS is seeking an experienced document control administrator, configuration control specialist or document management specialist for full-time Sr. Configuration Management Analyst position in Los Angeles, CA. The Sr. Configuration Management Analyst performs services necessary to maintain project management information systems (PMIS), consisting of Primavera Contract Management (CM14) and SharePoint. The position will report to the Configuration Management Manager. The position is anticipated to begin in January 2020.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintains and updates CM14 and SharePoint.
    • Documents file structure and uniform naming of files as recommended.
    • Coordinates with client’s Configuration Management Manager to ensure consistency with client systems.
    • Coordinates design reviews, submittal reviews and document reviews.
    • Coordinates and obtains approvals.
    • Prepares contract documents.
    • Issues status and tracking reports.
    • Interfaces with the project team and third-party agencies.
    • Provides training and guidance in document control and client procedures.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university 
    • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
    • Technical skills in Primavera Contract Management (CM14) and SharePoint
    • Must possess strong attention to details
