About the Position:
Klik is seeking an outstanding Head of Performance Marketing to lead the agency's performance marketing team across all clients and media channels.
The Head of Performance Marketing will run the performance media division. Candidates must be fluent in all aspects of running paid media, leading diverse teams, and engaging with clients. Candidates should have excellent analytical and management skills, and be comfortable operating and navigating in high-growth environments.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 10+ years of experience working at an advertising agency
- Has extensive experience managing a performance marketing account
- Diversity of experience running media types; search, social, display, OOH, Amazon, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to improve both performance and scale across channels and clients
- Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data. Tableau experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the technical components of digital marketing, (pixels, tracking, Google Tag Manager, etc)
- Experience managing towards profitability targets, maximizing account performance, and delivering against strategic KPIs
- Ability to leverage new capabilities, resources and strategies to generate additional value for existing clients
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a performance marketing team of managers, sr. managers and directors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders
