Job description Responsibilities - Traveling out and building a clientele base with restaurant owners. - Attracting new customers. - Maintaining good customer service relationships with each client to ensure constant income for the company. - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints. - Small office tasks. Skills - Bilingual. Preferences are: Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), Spanish, Thai and/or Vietnamese. - Ability to build rapport with customers. - Knowledge of Asian food products. - Able to adjust prices of products accordingly to maintain business relationships. - Able to recognize what the customer wants and adjust prices to maximize profits. Required work experience - Previous experience in the food industry (i.e. wholesale food distribution).
