BERN CAPPELLI, LLC is a nationally recognized mass tort law firm located in Conshohocken, PA. We are seeking both entry level and more experienced litigation paralegals with over 2 years experience for variety of roles. Applicants should be high energy, detail oriented and ready to work.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Excellent communication skills

Extremely detail oriented

Excellent Organizational Skills

Ability to interact with clients and attorneys

Proficient with MS Office Suite – EXCEL (a must)

Ability to learn new software applications

Familiarity with online research

Experience drafting and filing various legal documents

Knowledge and experience with all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery

Familiarity with case management software such as Time Matters or other case tracking systems

Experience with medical record requesting and review

Fluent in Spanish (a plus)
