    Signature Pest is a Texas based client seeking Sales Representatives in all of Texas (including Dallas-Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, Houston, San Antonio, Tyler, Austin and more) We are seeking someone who has experience in the door-to-door sales industry and who is motivated to have fun, work hard, and help others. Sales are known for their ability to provide structure, train, manage and generate new business in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.

    As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing deals. Your ability to negotiate effectively, provide exceptional customer service, and leverage your expertise in outside sales will be key to your success. Additionally, your knowledge of the technology industry, business development skills, and understanding of market trends will enable you to position our offerings competitively.     Qualifications

    • Must be a hands on leader
    • D2D (Knocking experience)
    • Min of a full 1 -3 years successful sales experience
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
    • Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide the sales team
    • Ability to think strategically, identify new business opportunities, and close deals
    • Market knowledge and research to stay up to date on industry trends and competition

    Base salary plus Commissions - *OTC- $60K - $150k

    Salary $25K - $40K based on experience
