    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the design, development, documentation, and testing of high quality software for medical devices, or related software utilities and testing applications

    • Work as part of a cross disciplinary team with electrical and mechanical engineers in the development and testing of medical devices consisting of robotics, fluid handling, temperature control, machine vision, and other automation technologies

    • Assist in incorporating source code, with associated unit and integration tests, into Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment frameworks

    • Other duties as assigned

    • Along with other Co-Ops in the Company, participate in a presentation for the Executive Staff designed to summarize the Co-Op experience and describe at least one completed project

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be actively working on a degree in Software Engineering or a related field
    • Good working knowledge of a modern, object oriented language such as C#, Java or C++
    • Good working knowledge of Software Engineering concepts such as object oriented design, unit testing, code reviews, etc.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
