We are seeking a Brand Coordinator in Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. A brand coordinator is responsible for assisting in designing/creating content for marketing materials that fall in line with each community's branding and messaging, collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, etc., assisting in creating/scheduling weekly email campaigns, participating in creative thinking and collaboration with team members, and the ability to network and build relationships with businesses within our markets.

You Have:

• Must have an understanding of design and be proficient in basic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Must be able to bring new, creative ideas to the team
• Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials including resident event flyers, business cards, outreach postcards, neighborhood guides, signage, website pop-ups and other promotional materials
• Collaborate with Marketing Team (Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator) to develop new campaigns and marketing strategies
• Research new trends to stay one step ahead of competitors
• Assist in website design as needed
• Design email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Potential of assisting in social media scheduling and design of social media graphics
• Manage marketing projects and timelines through internal project management software, Asana
• Some Travel required
• Ability to work remote
