We are seeking a Technology Service Representative for our Support Center in LANSING, MICHIGAN. Our busy Service Desk averages around 850 tickets monthly. The Tech Service Rep. is the first line of communication with a variety of individuals, including site staff, corporate employees, property owners, and KMG executives. In this role, they are responsible for working with others to answer questions, resolve problems, gather ticket details, prioritize incoming events, route tickets, the new user creation and termination process and must always provide excellence in overall communication with the customers. This position does allow for working away from the office, but you must be able to work in Lansing for at least 90 days and must reside in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin or California.

YOU HAVE:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent
• Ability to work in stressful situations and to make accurate judgments to address various situations
• Ability to prioritize quickly and accurately
• Must be team player and can work independently
