LOAN SPECIALIST

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION AND WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATE TO LIVE IN TUCSON. KMS Capital Group is a private portfolio lender, specializing in the financing of non-owner occupied residential investment properties. KMS Capital Group was established to provide time-sensitive financing and liquidity to real estate investors. The licensed Loan Specialist will get new approved loans passed on from the Account Executive and is responsible for the entire setup process from the beginning of the loan to the funding and servicing of the loan. Responsibilities include:

Reach out to customers to obtain documents or essential information and answer customers’ questions relating to required documents and loan

Data entry of all loan information and uploading of documents

Review title reports to determine vesting and lien position and insurance policies for accuracy and required coverage

Prepare loan documents with delivery to the title company

Funding of the loan and will handle all post funding servicing items including NSF payments, delinquencies, and possible foreclosures

Create and send off payoff statements, maturity extensions, loan modifications, releases and recordable documents

Qualifications:

NMLS Loan Officer license with 3 years experience and ability to act as a Qualified Individual

3 years mortgage experience (hard money/private lending)- Servicing ,Title, and/or Real Estate experience preferred with in-depth knowledge and terminology

Strong computer skills Including experience with Microsoft Word & Excel/Google Suite Manage constant deal flow and prioritize to ensure loans close on time with a high degree of accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment

Outstanding verbal and written skills that will enable an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners

Ability to work independently and responsibly with little supervision and instruction, but also work well in a team-oriented environment

Salary is negotiable DOE

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
