Mig - Tig Manufacturing Welder Welders: To perform all kinds of welding, brazing, and cutting using gas and electric welding equipment. Must be able to read and follow blueprints for each work order. A simple weld test will be given to determine skill level. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints with minimal supervision, including weld symbols. • Produce welds on various thicknesses of material. • Set up welding machine and place welds in a manner that produces the least amount of spatter. • Produce welds that are satisfactory in visual appearance and strength with no defects. • Minimize Quality defects and avoid duplication of errors and defects. • Utilize MIG and TIG processes to weld. • Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation: $36,000+ Compensation varies by experience and skill level
