    We're an independent real estate brokerage in Howell, MI with big dreams, and we're adding a Junior Digital Media Strategist and Office Assistant to our family. We are looking for a fulltime in office person who is: • Keen to dive deep into digital media and office administration. • A team player with innate leadership potential. • Naturally inquisitive, with a passion for learning and personal growth. • Optimistic, adaptable, and not afraid to question the status quo. • Customer-oriented with a foundation in relationship building. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: • Create, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms (like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). • Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback. • Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics to improve strategy. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Content Creation and Curation: • Develop engaging content such as text, images, and videos tailored for different social media platforms. • Collaborate with the creative team for visual content. • Curate relevant content to share on social platforms. Client Care and Communication: • Assist with client events. • Engage with the clients to build community and brand loyalty. • Communicate with past and present clients to engagement. • Maintain customer database system. Digital Marketing Tasks: • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC. • Collaborate with the marketing manager to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and report on campaign performance. Teamwork, Learning and Development: • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. • Continuously learn about new digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices. • Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions when available. Qualifications: Essential Skills: • Some experience in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn more. • Creative writing, podcast production, and social media savvy. • Drone piloting for aerial photography is a plus. • Video editing and photographic skills, with a knowledge of the latest SEO trends. Software Skills: • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Google Sheets. • Experience with Canva, ChatGPT Pro. • Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud with a willingness to learn more. Compensation: $35,000+
