This is a full-time, in-office position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, occasional nights, weekends, and benefits including 2 weeks of paid time off. Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Oversee all contracts through closing and reviewing contracts and listing documents for completion • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker • Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule • Ability to manage errands outside of the office • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints • Manage the coordination and planning of team events, including vendor sponsors, marketing, and overseeing the budget Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills- excellent spelling, grammar • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure - Think like a problem solver! • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed • Real estate license preferred Compensation: $34,500 - $45,000 yearly
