Our Digital Marketing Specialist is a high-profile role where you will drive the strategy behind our communication channels and the effectiveness of our digital presence.

KOMPAN is searching for a results-driven performance marketing specialist to orchestrate and deploy web and interactive demand generation marketing activities and integrated campaigns to increase lead generation, awareness and engagement across all digital channels. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and oversee the CRM/direct marketing campaign development and optimization through collaboration with our global marketing group. This includes the ability to establish targeting strategies based on segmentation and predictive analytics. 

KOMPAN will provide the right candidate the opportunity to improve their marketing skills with internal education from expert marketers. This role will partner with other performance marketers worldwide to test ideas and create marketing impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and optimize campaigns with frequent multi-variant a/b testing of subject lines, click thru, time of send, and content
• Collaborate with global corporate headquarter to develop and execute our digital marketing strategy
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and consistency with all communications to members
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly email and direct mail KPI’s
• Leverage email marketing, Adwords, Google Analytics, all SEO and SEM efforts, display ads (including social)
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across digital technologies and serve as the marketing automation owner to help develop and troubleshoot campaigns and email projects
• Perform updates to online digital media, assisting with uploading and managing content
• Manage KOMPAN Americas web content including updates, upgrades, and maintenance
• Continuously collaborate to review and analyze activities and processes to refine the marketing mix
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and consistency across recipients
• Monitor competitor marketing efforts and industry trends to prepare proactively and advise on strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing strategies and tactics, email marketing and integrated campaigns
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, demand generation and CRM integration and websites
• Web development and digital design skills (HTML skills a plus, but not required)
• Experience with workflows, templates, list import and A/B testing, as well as Google Analytics and SEO tactics preferred
• Digitally savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation
• Ability to build solid cross-functional relationships and work with all levels within an organization
• Demonstrated record of accomplishment in digital marketing and analytics
