Job Description
We are looking to fill a full-time Customer Support Representative at our Tulsa, OK location. The Customer Support Representative is an expert at providing a quality service at an advanced level to internal and external customers related to revenue processes across the ship to collect cycle including account maintenance, invoicing, payment processing dispute resolutions, and collections functions.

Requirements needed to become a Customer Support Representative:
1+ years of experience in a sales service
1+ years of experience in a call/contact center
And/or 1+ years of a customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
Prior experience reviewing and discussing customer accounts with customers
Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/ listening skills
Ability to resolve client’s or customer’s questions and issues on the first call
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ Escalating queries
Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services on every call
Meet all punctuality and attendance requirements
Ability to work in a team, fast pace and metric-driven environment
Must have excellent written and verbal English language skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
