Job Description

As a Healthcare Call Center Agent, you will be providing support to current and new members in regard to the insurance plans over the phone. You are enthusiastic, solution-oriented, resourceful, and eager to help members with their problems. Healthcare Call Center Agent Requirements

• Previous healthcare and customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
• Call center experience is desired
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve problems quickly
• Advanced PC skills and ability to operate multiple systems in order to complete tasks
• Located in the USA and available to work full-time
• A high-school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Previous healthcare and customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

Healthcare Call Center Agent Responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate, prompt, and courteous service to all inquiries received by phone involving all aspects of insurance customer inquiry
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Sales processing and collecting payment
• Membership and account updates if necessary
• Account Verification
• Customer Account review
