The KOR Service Advisor serves as a key point of contact between Keffer Off-Road and its customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience from initial inquiry through completion of upfitting services. This role is responsible for customer engagement, service coordination, sales support, and maintaining showroom and digital presence standards while upholding the company’s professional image.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
· View daily service appointments through Express and identify potential leads for upfitting clients
· Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
· Engage with customers to gather all necessary information to create accurate quotes for upfitting needs
· Write repair orders for all KOR upfit services performed
· Provide consistent updates to clients throughout the upfitting visit
· Collect funds following completion of upfitting services
· Review open repair orders and proactively keep the service process moving
· Resolve customer issues in a timely and respectful manner
· Maintain a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers at all times
Parts & Technical Coordination
· Lookup and identify correct parts required for customer upfits, ensuring proper vehicle application and fitment
Digital & Social Media Engagement
· Monitor daily Shopify orders
· Monitor KOR Facebook page and generate daily posts
· Monitor Facebook Marketplace, engage with clients who submit leads, and respond promptly
· Ensure all Marketplace listings are visible, accurate, and posted to appropriate subpages to increase product footprint
· Post daily offerings to promote sales
· Engage with dedicated Jeep and Ram clubs to assist with customer questions and build brand presence
Showroom & Facility Responsibilities
· Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
· Ensure the showroom is locked and secured when working the closing shift
Events & Scheduling
· Assist with and work promotional events as needed
· Be available to work weekends when required
