Job Description
KORE Management provide families and individuals with homes (~300 apartments) in the San Jose and Campbell area. There is an immediate opening for a hard-working person in our west San Jose office. We are seeking part time and also full time applicants.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and financial support to the organization
· Post/market ads online for through websites such as craigslist, apartments.com etc.
· Answer and follow up on all incoming inquiries with vendors
· Show vacant units to potential new renters
· Prepare leases and lease renewals or rental agreements
· Post and deposit rents, perform bank reconciliation
· Maintain and organize leasing/administrative/accounting files
· Conduct market surveys
· Enter and pay invoices
Reconcile rent collection and perform bank reconciliation
· Post expenses from all sources and compile monthly financial reports
· Perform special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
· College education in progress (AA/AS/BA/BS) or equivalent work experience in administration/accounting. Some accounting background helpful
· Demonstrated computer skills in Word, Excel and Google Drive Apps
Preferred Qualifications:
· BS/BA in Business Administration/Accounting/Marketing
