    ROLE OVERVIEW

    KORE Planning and Insights Team consults with clients on variety of business intelligence, strategy and reporting initiatives. Team members have a client facing role and work as an extension of the clients BI and data teams in addition to collaborating with other members of KPI team.

    This role will primarily assist on CRM customization and administration projects in addition they will also be involved in building and designing tableau dashboards and other data visualization.

    This new Insights Associate will report to the Manager, Analytics and be responsible for collaborating with other members of the KPI team.

    The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, data-focused, and have a strong ability to work well in a team-based setting. This includes a customer service disposition and the ability to collaborate both with internal and external teams.

    This selected candidate will have a technical aptitude to work on customizing CRM platforms, demonstrated ability to build data visualizations and good customer service skills.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position will split their time between CRM customizations, Tableau report building, and basic SQL script writing. Although we expect this role to expand as skills and experience grow, the following is an estimated breakdown of where we expect this individual's time to be allocated in main categories of tasks:

    CRM CUSTOMIZATION & ADMINISTRATION

    • Help implement CRM customizations (Salesforce & MS Dynamics CRM) based on customer requests or needs
    • Provide clients with CRM administration support by working with the client sales and sponsorship teams to manage and maintain the CRM and KORE's applications on a day-to-day basis.

    DATA VISUALIZATION & BUSINESS ANALYTICS

    • Ability to engage in business strategy conversations and propose appropriate business solutions
    • Implement the data analytics vision for business decision-making through Tableau dashboard design.

    COMMUNICATION & CONSULTATION

    • Communicating via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with customers
    • Analyze and define tasks, data flows, and dependencies in relation to project deliverables
    • Work cross-departmentally to continue to develop KORE's reporting products

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • 1-2 years of CRM administration, client services
    • Experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool building workbooks and dashboards
    • Basic SQL scripting knowledge (SELECT, FROM, WHERE, and Basic Joins) and the aptitude to grow this skill set
    • Familiarity with relational database structures
    • Familiarity/experience with KORE applications preferred
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
    • Familiarity of sponsorship and the sports industry
    • Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues
