    TICKETING INTEGRATIONS PRODUCT OWNER

    KORE is looking for a Product Owner to join our KORE team to focus specifically on our Ticketing Integrations with a goal of driving value for rights holders, brands, and vendors alike. You will drive product innovation based on a continuous collection of inputs from internal stakeholders, external customers, and market trends. Aligning feature requirements and prioritization with the overall company strategy will be a critical part of your daily duties and something you should be passionate about.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Continually build and enhance relationships with ticketing vendors and customers.

    • Act as the voice of the customer – be the focal point for knowledge and expertise in your product area.

    • Act as a leading subject matter expert to build awareness and understanding for our product team.

    • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify and fill product gaps.

    • Act as the intermediary between business and technical teams, translating product strategy, business objectives as well as functional and user requirements into business requirements documentation and detailed user stories.

    • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

    • Manage the team's product backlog and be a key player in Agile Scrum ceremonies.

    • Overseeing and project planning and management for companies and vendor initiatives.

    • Be accountable for the support and operations of our integration products.

    • Provide regular updates and communicate issues to stakeholders and project teams.

    • Build go-to-market strategies and implement product readiness plans.

    • Participate within our large product management team in the organization roadmap and establishing a product vision.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of proven work experience in product management, product ownership, or technical project management.

    • Experience working with Ticketing data or vendors (such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc).

    • Firm understanding of Agile Scrum principles and proven experience working within a Software context and managing a software product development lifecycle.

    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
    • Direct experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
    • Previous technical experiences such as Data Engineer and/or Software Developer.
    • Some exposure to one or more the following: Cloud Platform(s) AWS, Azure, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), ETL systems, & Web applications.
    • Vendor relationship management experience is highly preferred.
    • Experience with bringing SaaS software to the market.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation aptitude.
