Retail Sales Team Members work as part of our in-store team to bring our brand to life. They live and breathe our company!

They're brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the beauty world and thrive in a fast-paced environment! Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

A positive attitude, reliable transportation, and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s growth

Responsibilities

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty by:

• Greeting and directing customers
• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-selling products
• Ensuring racks are fully stocked
• Managing returns of merchandise
• Coordinating with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Informing customers about discounts and special offers
• Providing customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Staying up-to-date with new products/services
• Processing online orders 

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Work varied shifts, seven days per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, including full time training
• Written and verbal communication skills
  
• Demonstrated creative problem solving
