Job Summary

Dross Berman LLC is a law firm specializing in personal injury located in North Bethesda/Rockville area seeking a full-time KOREAN SPEAKING Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal. This job focuses on pre-litigation case management to include obtaining and assembling medical records, bills, police reports, property damage estimates and other necessary evidence, initiation of liability and first-party claims. Additionally, candidate will have extensive on-going communication with clients. Many clients are Korean or Korean-American.

Candidate must be fluent in both Korean and English languages.

Competitive salary depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, auto insurance companies, doctors, hospitals

Requesting and assembling medical records and bills, police reports, property damages estimates, etc.

Prepare case-specific correspondence

Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review

Provide paralegal support to multiple attorneys

Qualifications

Must speak fluent Korean and English
