THE ROLE: KOS Services LLC (d.b.a. Dental Dreams) is hiring a motivated Provider Relations Coordinator. This role supports the provider relations team to ensure smooth payer credentialing and onboarding of newly hired Dentists. Furthermore, it is primarily responsible for ensuring the company's systems and provider databases are kept up to date and all provider profiles are complete and accurate.

THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE IN RIVER NORTH, DOWNTOWN CHICAGO, IL. THE POSITION DOES NOT OFFER REMOTE WORK!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with generating credentialing documents for all dental providers
• Update credentialing software for insurance approvals and provider profile information
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required or enrolled
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a positive attitude and demeanor
• Preferred:
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
