    Job Description

    We are seeking an individual who is highly technical with a natural affinity to all that is tech. This individual will be working across multiple areas of infrastructure with local and international team members across the IT organization. ‘Hands on’ and not limited to clerical and support; the right candidate will be mentored and given an opportunity to actual growth and experience. The current year is seeing deployment of new gear with great exposure opportunities.

    Principal Accountabilities - **** includes, but are not limited to, the following:

    • First level Support Technical and Infrastructure:
      • Solve first level issues with-in reasonable time.
      • Handle the initial support process and upstream issues.
      • Solve the question regarding the system and errors in the system
    • Assist in the maintenance and configuration of networking, server, computer, printer and mobile devices.
    • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing/support needs.
    • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.
    • Consult with vendors, perform research and evaluate products to assist in the selection and purchase of equipment and installation or upgrade of systems.
    • Make recommendations for improvements in computer systems.
    • Assist in maintaining user computer inventory, replacements and documentation.
    • Interest or Experience with: Cisco Networking, Security Procedures, VMWare ESX, NetApp, EMC Avamar, DataDomain, Microsoft Server 2012+, Linux Servers, CAD Environment, HP Hardware, WAN/LAN/Wifi, Zabbix, VoIP, Cisco CUCM, EFI, Clonezilla, dd, iOS, Airwatch.

    Preferred Education, Experience and Other Requirements

    • Pursuing a four-year degree in IT or related field
    • Spanish speaking a plus
    • Intrinsic relationship with technology
    • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent organization, problem solving, and time management skills
    • Ability to be a team player and work under pressure.
    • Self-motivated and ability to work using own initiative.
    • Good communication skills.
