For more information, please visit www.kotra.or.kr Receptionist/Admin duties include, but not limited to: - Greet and attend to clients appropriately - Answer and direct all incoming phone calls - Give appropriate information over the phone to clients calling on our listings - Order and maintain the stock of all office and kitchen supplies - Maintain copier and printers - Receive, sort and deliver mail throughout the office - Draft correspondence - Prepare and send out mailers - Light research and various administrative tasks as necessary Requirements: - Extremely organized - Detail-oriented - Ability to multi-task - Excellent verbal and written communication in both KOREAN and ENGLISH - Professional in demeanor and appearance - Punctual - High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet as well as high general computer literacy Working Condition: Working Hours and Days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
