Job Summary

We are seeking a Nursing Student to serve as a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will provide routine support alongside nurses. You will also be helping manage the inventory of only nursing/medical supplies, setting up and setting up rooms as needed. You will also need to work answer phones and schedules appointments. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working AESTHETIC medical/nursing environment, and ideally has previous office experience. This is an assistant/intern to NURSE INJECTOR TRACK. Social media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare for the patient visit, charting for RNs, as well as setting up medical equipment

Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs

Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures

Be willing to comply with our continuing education.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a local nursing program

Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail
