KP Healthcare Group (Lotus Villa and Memory Care) is looking to fill an Activities Coordinator. The Activities Coordinator leads and directs the overall activities of the community in accordance with residents’ needs, government regulations and the communities’ policies and procedures. This position also maintains excellent service quality, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement daily activities; and delivery of high-quality services to residents and their families.

Lotus Villa and Memory Care has been open for 2 year and was recently remodeled. It is the only 99 bed facility in the Fontana area. It is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. We have carved out a niche in the middle-income families and are working on the Medi-Cal Waiver Facility License, where we expect to be able to reach more families and are preparing for exponential growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Physical small group activities for the more active residents 

2. One on One activities for the bed ridden residents 

3. developing mentally stimulating activities for both the Assisted living resident and Memory Care Residents  

4. Developing the monthly calendar

5. Assisting the Care staff and receptionist when needed a

FULL TIME POSITION:

Must Meet the following criteria to apply:

1. Must have NO criminal record (no exceptions) and be able to pass a live scan fingerprint check

2. Must have your own transportation and current Driver's License

3. Must live 30 minutes or less from the facility

4. Must be proficient is using Microsoft Excel and Word

5. Must be willing to fill in as a caregiver on all shifts if necessary
