We are a growing e-commerce business based out of Long Island. Currently located in Rockville Centre, NY however we are moving to a new location in Westbury, NY within the next 6 months.

We specialize in professional automotive detailing products and equipment (www.kpcarcare.com), as well as automotive grade and cosmetic grade pigments (www.kppigments.com).

We are looking for a reliable, trust-worthy, clean cut employee. This is for a full time position for e-Commerce Customer Service. We also sell on Amazon FBA, Ebay, and Shopify, so experience with Marketplaces and E-Commerce Platforms are also a huge plus.

Hours are Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate to join and GROW with the business. If you show promise and dedication in your duties you will have GREAT GROWTH POTENTIAL.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answering phone calls

Provide shipment updates to customers Confirm inventory for customers Answer basic technical questions (will train if needed) · Send invoices to customers

• Respond to and deal with customer issues and complaints (including on Amazon and eBay)

• Organize and delegate tasks to deal with returns (specifically from Amazon)

• Open claims with Amazon regarding damaged and fraudulent returns

• Reach out to local detailing companies to try and open new accounts

Experiences and abilities required:

· eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc).

· Basic understanding of E-commerce workflow

· Familiar with Shipping Management, Carriers and Transit Times

· Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs

· Able to speak and type in a professional manner

· Have Transportation to Work

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· High school diploma a MUST

Addition Skills that would be Preferred:

· Photography and editing

· Fluency in Spanish

· Own a Vehicle

· Interested or experience in anything Automotive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
