    Please note: This position will train in the current Anaheim office. The firm will be relocating to Long Beach near the Long Beach Airport in October of this year. This position will be required to be in office on a daily basis.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Assist with daily operation of the firm including receptionist and administrative duties, including maintaining clean and secure reception areas, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, and managing office supplies

    · Coordinate schedules, calendars, client meetings, task lists and travel arrangements

    · Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, team social events, etc.)

    · Manage, prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously

    · Collaborate with other assistant teams on various projects

    · Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations

    · Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records

    · Manage and update the firm website

    Skills and Characteristics

    · Experience with Outlook and Excel are preferred, but not required
