    Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Professor, Cardiovascular Technology and Cardiopulmonary in the School of Health Professions to join our team of exceptional faculty.     Florida SouthWestern State College’s School of Health Professions offers two baccalaureate degrees, one post-associate certificate, eleven associate degrees, and five certificates that prepare students for workforce entry and advancement upon graduation and successful credentialing. The Cardiovascular Technology program is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) through the recommendations of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Cardiovascular Technology. Graduates may apply for the examination of the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) for national certification.

    In addition to the valuable clinical experiences made available by our community hospitals and affiliates, FSW boasts a state-of-the-art Simulation Education Center that has obtained global recognition. Faculty, staff, and students in the School of Health Professions are active in community and professional activities at the local, state, national, and international level.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Doctoral or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in a health-related discipline (academic qualifications in the subject content area such as cardiovascular or cardiopulmonary technology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and critical care applications)

    • Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) in good standing

    • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

    • Demonstrated ability to use technology in creating and delivering course content

    • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the subject area to be taught

    • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication in the language in which assigned courses will be taught

    • Ability to perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and goals of the institution

    Salary Range: $51,207.89– $60,762.46 (for two terms): the maximum salary is based on a doctorate education level and 10 years of verifiable full-time teaching experience. Salary will be determined at the hire date.

    • Interface with customer, outside sales and KPS Global leadership
    • Conduct Quality Control on Quotes and Orders
    • Save Quote into Laserfiche and maintain quote and order folders, as required
    • Send submittals with buyout preapproval form, if applicable
    • Provide clear expectations and drive accountability to ensure all internal and external SLAs are met
    • Coach, mentor and provide feedback on Quote Specialists and Customer Service Assistant
    • Enter service issues
    • Work on special projects for customer
    • Create Miscellaneous Orders / Corrective Actions
    • Accountable for all aspects of order management
    • Accountable for all aspects of after sales support
    • Maintain customer schedules, as required
    • Maintain Customer Libraries (Specs)
    • Review & Revise jobs
    • Maintain volume of 40-60% of Account Manager within same segment
    • Must be able to perform all the responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant and Quote Specialist
