We are looking for a Customer Service associate to join the KPS Team in our Alarm Monitoring and Service Department . The selected individual will schedule and assign technicians, provide education and support to customers, resolve problems, maintain contracts, and create invoices for monitored accounts. There is also an opportunity to sell additional equipment and services while scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to the customers alarm needs, troubleshooting needs, and billing questions
Setup and review monitoring customers
Schedule with home owners and dispatch service Technicians
Qualifications:
Previous experience in alarm monitoring, dispatching, and customer support. Ability to schedule effectively and respond timely to the customer needs. Familiarity with Reoccurring Billing systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and phone etiquette
