    KPS3 is seeking a stellar and smart superstar to serve as PR + Social Media Coordinator, with entry-level practitioner experience to develop and curate content for campaigns, projects and assignments on time and on budget. If you know content is king, if you know the intent and power of social media, and if you know that PR is more than a press release, keep reading.     We are looking for a new-school communications whiz who can:

    • Write error-free and targeted content based on strategy and data
    • Create visual and engaging content, through personal skillset or collaboration with a creative team
    • Write, implement, monitor and respond to social media posts 
    • Manage social media calendars
    • Recommend social media best practices, tools and tactics 
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and quickly determine any action that should be taken for individual accounts
    • Collaborate with social media influencers with outreach, execution and direction 
    • Proactively seek valuable opportunities for our clients in the media
    • Know and love pitching the media
    • Deliver quality, news-worthy content to media partners 
    • Comfort with public speaking including client communication and team presentations
    • Help make valuable connections between our clients, partners and community
    • Assist with developing communications during a crisis or an issue
    • Coordinate media events
    • Measure, measure, measure – Are we meeting KPIs? How do we know?
    • Learn and use software like Cision, Sprout Social and Google Analytics
    • Manage your work with autonomy

    We ask that candidates apply if they have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the communications industry and an undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. public relations, journalism, communications, marketing). Agency experience is a plus. Spanish-English bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Must demonstrate the ability to manage clients and projects from strategy/planning to execution.
