    Job Description

    The ENGAGEMENT MANAGER directs a team of consultants and is the primary point of contact to our key clients. The individual has excellent client-facing skills and is highly organized. The Engagement Manager works directly with the client and the internal team to deliver high quality services to QuickPivot’s clients and has access to and the support of others in the organization to solve complex challenges on behalf of the client.  The Engagement Manager is responsible for addressing challenges and escalating any critical issues to the Director of Managed Services.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead teams of consultants either focused on campaign operations or customer data platform services in support of clients (20%)
    • Manage relationships with clients ensuring they recognize value in QuickPivot services (20%)
    • Advocate for clients regarding system usage and platform requests working cross-functionally with the technical services and product teams to implement enhancement requests (15%)
    •  Achieve gross margin and revenue targets and manage proposal through contract process for net new initiatives for existing clients (15%)
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage direct reports (20%)
    • Support new business development pursuits in partnership with the sales organization (5%)
    • Assist in developing and enhancing managed services methodology and associated documentation and training (5%)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications·

          

    EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of Professional Services consulting with a track record of increasing responsibility and direct client interaction
    • Demonstrated ability to add value to client engagements
    • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation or similar technologies
    • Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
    • Experience providing deliverables and receiving feedback

    COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

    • Very strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong interest in working with leading marketing technologies
    • Strong interest in working with data and marketing campaigns

    DECISION MAKING

    • Excellent analytical, conceptual, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
