Job Description:

Summary:  KTB Transport Inc., a FedEx Ground® contractor, is accepting applications for full-time package delivery drivers to support our FedEx Ground® routes in the Fayetteville metro area.  KTB provides last-mile delivery services to homes and businesses in the northwest Arkansas region in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.  This position requires physical work in all weather conditions and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 

Successful applicants must have excellent customer service, time management and driving skills, and be willing and able to make safety their top priority. Drivers will be provided FedEx Ground® uniforms and must follow dress code standards. This is a hands-on, physical job, that requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift packages weighing up to 150 pounds.  Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 12 months driving experience, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent.
