Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Deadline driven technical and commercial analysis of quotes
• Price negotiation
• Order processing
• Control of inbound and outbound materials
• Shipping and preparation of export documents

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is ok, but not necessary
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work quickly with computer systems
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual. Fluent in English and at least one additional language (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, arabic etc.)
• Team Player
• Great intercultural competence
