We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Davie, FL.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Provide customer support by answering phone calls
• Process orders from calls and emails
• Respond to customer requests for returns
• Notify Sr. CSR when identifying customers in disagreements
• Consult internally with different departments to ensure stock quantity and production schedule for order delivery if needed
• Correspond with customers to confirm order details and convey any delivery disruptions.
• Works closely with CSR team members and Technical Support Associates to provide customers with accurate information
• Maintain customer accounts through SAP
• Process RFQ’s
• Process Returns (RGA)
• Listen to Voice mails and process as needed
• Complete assigned projects by determined deadline from manager
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Intermediate Excel skills is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong work ethics and able to work autonomously.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management and/ or technical support.
• Automotive or Marine Industry experience a plus.
