    Seeking highly-organized, high-minded executive assistant to play a key role in supporting leadership executive both personally and professionally in a multi-faceted real estate business operation. Real Estate License is highly preferred but not a requirement for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Property Management Support: • Assist in managing bid process for repairs/improvements • Assist with overseeing contractor/vendor completion of work • Curate preferred vendor Llst • General project management/oversight on renovations/improvements • Apprentice under senior association manager • Develop and execute online/social marketing campaign to promote management company • Perform property analysis for rental amounts/ARV Office Management Support: • Run and interpret market center reports/analysis on KPIs • Analyze agent productivity and significant milestones • Keep CRM up to date • Assist with hiring process • Assist with new initiative projects • Oversee personalized agent recognition • Develop and oversee satisfaction surveys Sales Support: • Client lead follow up- nurture of future business • Completing competitive market analysis- other customized communications • Creating and running customized follow-up plans • Monitoring and reporting market statistics EA Support ( Personal): • Travel arrangements • Bill pay • Organization of electronic & paper files • Email Correspondence • Managing social media presence • “Promise Keeping” for follow-ups promised during calls/meetings • Occasional errands as needed Qualifications: • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills • General proficiency with technology • High EQ • Comfortable working remotely and on location • Critical thinker • Comfortable with low structure environment Compensation: $35,000+
