Responsibilities: • You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Execute appointments Qualifications: • You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors • Real estate license is required • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required Compensation: $75,000 - $135,000 yearly
