Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Regularly update social media and respond to followers Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans • Property Marketing • Open House Marketing • Building the Database • Strong Understanding of Branding, ability to keep social networks on brand • Content Creation: Creating purposeful drip campaigns that offer items of value, Newsletter Creation, Direct Mail Campaigns, Advertisements • Client Appreciation Events • Networking Events • Team Website • Marketing/Advertising ROI Tracking • Graphic Design • Facebook/Instagram: Organic and Paid, Ads Manager, Ads Targeting, Pixel • Tracking, Custom Audiences, Lead Forms, Cost Per Lead, Insights • Video Marketing: Video creation, editing, and marketing Qualifications: Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Database Management • Professional • Sophisticated • Outspoken • Enjoys presenting new ideas processes • Willing to assist with an administrative organization as needed • Ability to thrive with deadlines and time-sensitive requests with minimal supervision • Experience and proven track record of graphic design; either in studies or in the workforce Compensation: $50,000 + PTO + Vacation + Benefits + Paid Holidays
