Responsibilities: • Identify potential buyers and discuss suitable properties according to their budget and requirements • Prepare and submit paperwork such as purchase agreements, titles, closing documents, and rental agreements • Participate in open houses to introduce local real estate options to possible clients • Keep in contact with acquired leads through calls, emails, etc., and understand how to recognize successful leads • Provide clients with excellent service and advice on sales • Negotiate mutually-beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Must possess a valid California Real Estate License • Must demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive attitude • Must possess sound problem-solving and communication capabilities • Must have a high degree of comfort with technology and an aptitude for follow-up • Must be passionate about assisting clients in navigating the real estate market • Must be a self-starter with a mindset geared towards growth and a fondness for working with people Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 commission based
