Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
